Erika Campbell, D.M.D

Erika Campbell is a long time resident of Florida and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in 2000.  She went on to attend Nova Southeastern University to obtain her degree in dentistry.  In 2004, Dr. Campbell began a fellowship at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital and went on to earn her degree in Orthodontics from Nova in 2007.

Dr. Campbell has many notable achievements including a research fellowship in craniofacial orthodontics. She has attended several internships at higher institutions of learning including University of North Carolina, Virginia Commonwealth University Department of Orthodontics and Ohio State University.

She has given numerous presentations around the country and has been a teaching assistant at Nova Southeastern University Orthodontics Department. Dr. Campbell is a member of American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, American Association of Women Dentists, Florida Dental Association and Nova Southeastern’s Women’s Dental Society.  She is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.

Dr. Campbell will practice at the Main Street Orthodontics practices located in Cape Coral and Ft. Myers.  She brings her extensive education and practical experience to a community that she loves.  She resides in Cape Coral with her husband and baby son.

Paul Feldon, D.D.S.

Dr. Feldon was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. After graduating from the dental program at the University of Toronto, he relocated to sunny South Florida. As a result of his accomplishments, Dr. Feldon was accepted to the orthodontics program at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. Dr. Feldon was the first orthodontic resident in the history of the school to earn a Master of Science degree at the same time as his Certificate in Orthodontics. He is already establishing himself as a leader in the field as he is one of the select few that have had work published in the prestigious American Journal of Orthodontics.
In his free time, Dr. Feldon likes to stay active, and has always been involved in sports. His favorites are hockey and football. He also enjoys traveling, boating and spending time with family and friends.

Martin Frankl, D.M.D

Dr. Martin Frankl earned his Dental Degree from Nova Southeastern University, where he graduated first in his class as Valedictorian with highest honors. He then went onto complete the Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics residency program at Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Frankl has received numerous awards during his dental education including, "Deans Award For Highest Scholastic Achievement", "Deans Academic Award Of Honor", "Distinguished Clinical Achievement Award", "Highest Honors Award For Excellence in Orthodontic Theory and Practice", "College of Dental Medicine Service Award", and the "Omicron Kappa Upsilon Award". Dr. Frankl is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, and the Honorary Dental Society Omicron Kappa Upsilon.

Dr. Frankl prides himself on making his patients feel comfortable with their treatment, and makes himself available to discuss concerns during the treatment.

Dr. Frankl has lived in South Florida for over 20 years and has always been active in the community. In his spare time he enjoys time with family, running, reading, and traveling.

Matthew Freedman, D.M.D.

Dr. Freedman is a native Floridian. He was born and raised in Southeast Florida in Hollywood, then Cooper City, and finally in Weston. He only left Florida for his undergraduate education when he attended Washington University in St. Louis and received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting. Dr. Freedman came back to attend Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale where he earned his dental degree. He stayed on to complete his 2 year residency in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Dr. Freedman is extremely excited to make the move to the Gulf coast of Florida with his wife, Saman, who is currently pregnant with their first child! In his spare time, he is an avid golfer and loves to go to dinner and the movies with friends and family.

Seanica Howe, D.M.D.

Dr. Seanica Howe was born and raised in the Midwest. She attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City, School of Dentistry and was recognized as a national scholar by the American Dental Association. Upon graduation, Seanica Howe held a junior faculty teaching position at UMKC School of Dentistry. She served as a clinical instructor and mentor to both junior and senior level dental students. In 2001, she moved to Fort Lauderdale where she was accepted to the exclusive Graduate Orthodontic Program at Nova Southeastern University School of Dental Medicine. She completed her training there and was awarded an Orthodontic Graduate Certificate. Dr. Howe is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Florida Dental Association, and the Southern Association of Orthodontists. She presently practices at Main Street Orthodontics at Baptist Medical Plaza in Palmetto Bay.

Hector J. Prieto, D.M.D.

Dr. Hector J. Prieto DMD. has been living in South Florida since the mid 1980's. He attended the University of Miami where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology and chemistry. Dr. Prieto went on to attend Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA where he graduated with honors (Magna Cum Laude). In addition to four years of dental training, Dr. Prieto completed the two year post-graduate orthodontic program at Tufts. He resides in Miami with his wife and two young children. Dr. Hector Prieto is a member of the following associations:

Jorge M. Vargas, D.M.D.

Dr. Vargas received his education at the Institute of Health Sciences in his native Colombia in 1991 where he earned a degree in dentistry. In 1993, he came to the United States and attended New York University and earned his degree in orthodontics, followed by his degree in pediatric dentistry in 1995. Most recently he obtained an Orthodontic degree from Nova Southeastern University and was an assistant professor in the departments of pediatric dentistry and orthodontics. Dr. Vargas has made South Florida his home and is practicing in Cooper City and Aventura. He resides in Weston with his wife, Lina Vargas who is a General Dentist, and his two sons. In his spare time he likes to play soccer and snow ski.

Jeffrey A. Weiss, D.M.D.

Tufts University - BA in Biology. University of Pennsylvania - DMD degree. Nova Southeastern University - Orthodontic residency. I grew up in the suburbs of New Jersey, just a short ride away from New York City. Given the beautiful weather, in addition to the cultural diversity of South Florida, I decided that this was the place to plant my roots and build a career. Along with my daughter, Brianna, I have happily settled in Broward County, Florida. Besides creating a community full of beautiful smiles and straight teeth, I enjoy traveling, playing poker and softball, movies and great dining experiences. I am an avid fan of all major sports, and despite my age, I still love to immerse myself in fantasy baseball and football. My career objective is to give you and your children five-star treatment, ethical care and exceptional customer service. Joaquin Zagarra, DDS, MDS

Dr. Zagarra is an experienced Orthodontist who has been involved in private practice for over 25 years. He obtained his specialty certificate in Orthodontics and an MDS (Master in Dental Science) from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Zagarra has always been involved in teaching graduate Orthodontics, first at Universidad Javeriana in his native country Colombia and since 2002 in South Florida. Dr. Zagarra has lectured extensively and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and a Fellow of the World Federation of Orthodontists. Dr. Zagarra is fluent in English and Spanish.

Mairelys Rodriguez, DMD, MSD, MS

Dr. Rodríguez is an experienced specialist in Orthodontics and Dento Facial Orthopedics who enjoys treating children as well as adults. Originally from Cuba, Dr. Rodríguez graduated from the University of Miami, College of Art & Sciences. Dr. Rodríguez attended the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine, one of the nation’s oldest and elite dental schools. Dr. Rodríguez then attended the University of Pennsylvania’s Post-Doctoral Orthodontic Program, one of the premier orthodontic programs in the country. She earned her Certificate in Orthodontics as well as her Masters of Science in Oral Biology (MS) from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine. She has continued her affiliation with the Orthodontic Department.
Dr. Rodríguez is dedicated to providing the highest standards of care, maximum comfort in a unique family and friendly environment that embrace the latest technology. She devotes many hours a year to continuing education in order to provide her patients with the best care possible.
